UPS Ground Saver – Delivery typically within 2-7 business days

UPS Ground– Delivery typically within 5-7 business days

UPS Next Day Air– Orders placed by 12 PM EST will be delivered the next business day

We will be able to cancel or change an order only if our shipping team hasn't packed your item(s).

Please make sure to email us as soon as possible with your order details if you'd like to make changes to it.

Yes, we do!

For a small fee of 3% of your order subtotal, you can addRooted in Care shipping protection at checkout.

This extra layer safeguards your purchase against damage, loss, or theft.

If your order doesn’t arrive or is damaged, you can easily file a claim for a replacement or store credit.

If you declined Rooted in Care and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly for assistance.

You can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 14 days, minus a 25% restocking fee.

Please note that damaged and clearance items are excluded from returns, and gift cards are non-refundable.

Once your order is fulfilled, your tracking number will be emailed to you. 

If you have provided us with your phone number, your tracking code will also be sent via SMS.

Please allow up to 3-5 business days for your order to be updated with the tracking number.

At this time, we only ship within the U.S. However, we’re always looking for ways to expand, be sure to check back with us as we may re-evaluate in the future!
