Cancellations:
We can cancel or change an order only if our shipping team hasn't packed your item(s). If you'd like to make changes or cancel your order, please email us as soon as possible with your order details.

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

We are committed to providing you with a hassle-free return and exchange experience. If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. To ensure a seamless process, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and undamaged. Once we receive your return, we will promptly process a full refund, minus a 25% restocking fee, or facilitate an exchange as requested.

Gift Cards:
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash. However, they can be used towards any future purchases at Luxe Leaf Decor.
