Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Luxe Leaf Decor! We strive for our customers to have a five-star shopping experience, and this includes shipping.
Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 48 business hours of submission, excluding holidays. Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Our current shipping options are as follows:
- UPS Ground Saver: Delivery typically within 2-7 business days.
- UPS Ground: Delivery typically within 5-7 business days.
- UPS Next Day Air: Orders placed by 12 PM EST will be delivered the next business day.
Damaged or Lost Packages:
If your order arrives damaged or if your package is lost during transit and you selected our Rooted In Care package protection option at checkout, please contact us immediately at orders@luxeleafdecor.com for a replacement. If you do not select Rooted In Care, please contact UPS as soon as possible.
