By selecting Rooted in Care at checkout, you can confidently add an extra layer of protection to your order for a small fee of 3% of your subtotal. This program safeguards your purchase against damage, loss, or theft, ensuring peace of mind. If your order is damaged or doesn’t arrive, simply file a claim with our team, and we’ll provide a replacement or store credit toward the same product.
Claim Process
- Missing Packages: If your package is marked as "delivered," please wait at least 3 days but no longer than 15 days after delivery confirmation to file a claim. If your package has not been received 3 days after the delivery confirmation, we will issue a replacement. If a replacement is not possible due to limitations (such as being a limited edition or discontinued item), we will provide store credit for the original purchase price towards the same product.
- Damaged Packages: For packages that arrive damaged, we will send a replacement. If a replacement cannot be provided, store credit for the original purchase price will be issued for the same product.
- Filing a Claim: To initiate a claim, please email us at orders@luxeleafdecor.com with your order number, contact information, and a description of the issue. If applicable, include photos of the damaged items. We aim to respond within 2-3 business days. Please use the subject line: "Rooted In Care Order ####."
Important Notes
If you declined Rooted in Care and your package is lost, stolen, or damaged, please contact the carrier directly.
Rooted in Care does not cover shipments with incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
